Again based on his experience in interpersonal
communications, Steve McCoy has often acted as a spokesperson for
his employer companies, as a technical speaker/writer in a variety
of industry and business conferences, and as a frequent presenter
for Sales organizations acting as a technical "closer" with many
clients. He has been published in periodicals
individually and as part of expert panels providing information and
guidance to readers, listeners, and customers. He has often
been recruited by vendors to speak at user group meetings and with
industry analysts (for example: a trip to London at BEA Systems'
expense to talk to a wide range of analyst groups including: Gartner
Group, Forrester Research, Heavy Reading, and a number of smaller
groups)

Late in 2007, McCoy also
provided an interview for a webcast by the International Customer
Management Institute on the topic of Speech Recognition enabled
Interactive Voice Response systems (this is an MP3 audio file

Over the years, Mr. McCoy
has worked with many different types of multimedia productions for
real-time presentations being viewed by audiences in the millions.
In his years in the interactive voice response industry, he has even
provided significant "voiceover" work for telephony and advertising
business. This included being one of the primary voices for
MTV and VH1, "dial-in" programs.
